By registering as a tutor on Kavelearn (referred to as "the website" or "website" or "kavelearn.com"), you, as the tutor, acknowledge and agree that the terms and conditions outlined below will govern all payments made to you by students through the Kavelearn system.

Additionally, Kavelearn facilitates the distribution of payments from students to tutors. While Kavelearn provides a level of protection in the collection of funds, it cannot guarantee successful collection, processing, and distribution of your payment if any of the following conditions are not met:

It is important to note that the start and end time refer to the actual tutoring lesson, not the arrival and departure times to and from the tutoring location (for home tuitions) & online class duration (for online tuitions), unless otherwise agreed upon by the tutor and student.

Prior to each lesson, the student must have valid payment information on file with Kavelearn. This includes a valid credit/debit card. The tutor can verify the status of the student's payment through by reaching out to the Kavelearn Support Team. This requirement applies to both new and continuing students.

On all of the monthly or hourly earnings, a 15% deduction applies. Payments are made in two cycles every month, on the 15th and 30th of the month.

Any non-tutoring charges, such as travel expenses or prep time, that tutors wish to pass on to the customer must be agreed upon by the student. The method to assess these charges is by adjusting the hourly rate.
